Leaving Turkey in 1977 to pursue studies in Germany, she went on to spend four decades in the pharmaceutical industry, contributing to two of the largest US-based companies in the sector. While fully dedicated to her profession, she remained deeply connected to her lifelong passions for modelling, fashion, art, design, colour, and the creation of new ideas.

In retirement, she has embraced the freedom to focus entirely on her artistic vision. Believing that art can inspire, provoke thought, and encourage sustainability, she has replaced her high-pressure corporate role with a wholehearted commitment to creative work.

Her artistic journey began with a simple idea, driven by a long-standing passion and a strong commitment to environmental responsibility. Using recycled materials such as used coffee capsules, broken ceramic, tiles, and antique frames filled with epoxy resin or plaster, she allows each item to retain its imperfections. Damaged, aged, and worn, these frames tell their own stories, merging naturally with her vision to create authentic, one-of-a-kind works that celebrate beauty, imperfection, and renewal. Each piece is issued with a certificate of authenticity and stamped with her name.

Now living part-time in Marbella, she devotes personal attention to every detail of her work. Her approach is rooted in quality, integrity, and excellence, producing art that is meaningful, sustainable, and uniquely personal.
